Netflix offers streaming-only plan
Today, Netflix announces a streaming only plan for $7.99 per month. Consequentially, the cost other plans appear to be increasing by a dollar or so, depending on your plan. The plan announcement arrives on the heels of the recently announced Hulu Plus, which came out of the preview period earlier this week, also $7.99. Looks like a little healthy competition here, giving consumers more choice beyond cable and satellite. Score!

Finally, I can stream those episodes of Charlie Chaplin I missed! Plus I hear they recently got the rights and added the Roundhay Garden Scene. You guys should check it out.
I honestly think you are recalling a time when Netflix instant-watch wasn’t awesome. It really has changed for the better. It’s worth it for the horror and sci-fi selection alone.
I’d like to say I’d keep my 1 disc plan so I can still watch all the movies I want but I’ve had a copy of Fantastic Mr. Fox for over 6 months….still sealed. So I probably don’t need it. Streaming is where its at and its only getting better.
I’m still sticking with my 1 disc plan, for some reason all the things I want to watch aren’t streaming……ever.
Exactly.
Actually, The Planets Funniest Animals Season 9 just went up…sooooo you might want to rethink that.
Well, finally it seems they have received my opinion surveys
Now all I need to do is figure out how to stream NFL and I’ll be set.
