PAX Prime 2012: PAX’s Creative Cosplay (Gallery)

This year’s costumes at PAX: Prime were some of the best I’ve ever seen.  From Templar knights to creepy flesh eaters, The Penny Arcade Expo continues to inspire cosplayers to bring their “A game.”  Sadly I didn’t get to take as many pictures as I would have liked, but I hope you enjoy this random assortment of shots I took while stumbling around the convention floor like a tired zombie.  Please feel free to contact me for high-res version of the images you see in the wee gallery below. Dragon Age III: Inquisition – Six Things We’d Love to See!

Like sneaky witches from the wilds, Bioware announced today that Dragon Age III has been in the works for almost two years and is being built on a customized version of the Frostbite 2 engine (see: pretty). While details about DA III are almost non existent, we quickly came up with some things that we’d love to see from one of our favorite franchises. Behold a list!

Epic Mickey – 83 years in the making

Epic Mickey takes a darker look at the world created by the mouse, by taking players to a world inspired by a time before the mouse existed. Gamers will immediately recognize the familiar tenants of adventure platforming, but the unique influences of Disney art and culture give the game a character all it’s own.

    I also learned that the lighting inside the convention center is brutal and that I’m going to have work some mojo on my camera before next year.
