As is usually the case, Thursday on the floor was a little less packed then the rest of the weekend. I used this opportunity to snap some pictures of the cosplay out and about (as well as some choice photos from WETA, super impressive this year, Legendary, Bait and Adult Swim).
Comic-Con 2013: Time to Step Up – Ensuring a Safe Place and Geeky Fun for All
Like so many people who did not attend San Diego Comic Con I’ve been pouring over the post-convention news and analysis; searching for scraps of information of what geeky goodness is to come in entertainment. However, the article that stood out most to me wasn’t the news of a Superman/Batman movie (Aside: I kind of wrinkled my nose at that), but of an individual describing his experience in Hall H for a day.
Comic-Con 2014: Surviving the Walking Dead Escape
Zombies have always been a big part of my life. My first exposure to zombies came at a very young age when George Romero was filming Day of the Dead on Sanibel Island. Actors in full Savini makeup showed up at my elementary school to pick up their kids and as soon as I saw their beautiful disfigured faces, I was hooked.
