ID’s RAGE: Do we still need celebrities to plug our stuff?
We received a press release this evening from ID: Software that contained a link to a new commercial for their upcoming post-apocalyptic FPS, RAGE(we actually talk quite a bit about RAGE in Rated NA: Episode 24). L.A. Noire – It’s great, but how is the game actually played?
L.A. Noire is a work of art. While I haven’t had a chance to delve that deeply into L.A. Noire’s 3 disks of content (on the 360, not brave enough to log into PSN), I can tell you this. The game does things that have NEVER been done in a game before. If you’ve ever seen a procedural cop-drama you’ve seen how it all plays out. Check out our quick look at how the game is played. Gears of War 3: The end of beta! (sadness) & Collector’s edition contents! (joy)
The Gears 3 Beta is over. Sadness ensues. Gears fans will have to wait all the way until September 20th in order to witness the climatic conclusion of Epic’s gory masterpiece. The Beta was a well organized frag fest that offered up very few headaches, and a whole lot of fun. With dedicated servers and an excellent net code, Gears of War 3 was one of the smoothest multiplayer games I’ve ever played. Also, check out the contents of the Gears 3: Collector’s edition… wow
