Quake-Con: Check Out The CM Panel!
Quake-Con sounds like the massive sleeper/LAN party that you always wanted to have growing up. With endless supplies of caffine, laughter, and tea-bagging, who wouldn’t want to spend their weekend at Quake-Con?

Here are some highlights of SWTOR at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. May the Star-Wars sweat be with you.
When I learned that Community was returning to Comic-Con 2011 I made sure that I was there no matter what. Here is a little video I slapped together of the intro, followed by some pretty hilarious singing by Gillian Jacobs, Joel McHale, and Donald Glover. Alison Brie was not in attendance.
As a total Gears fanboy it was a little surreal sitting next to Dominic Santiago (Carlos Ferro), COG Gear (Isaiah “old spice guy” Mustafah) and the “Cole Train” himself (Lester Speight) when their names were announced to a capacity crowd. Also in our row was the ever-nerdy Morgan Web, L337Lauren, and a more.
While wandering the streets we happened to run into the 2011 Comic-Con zombie walk which was as confusing for them as it was for us. Honestly, there was something incredibly gratifying about stabbing a fake-zombie with my fake omni-blade. Check out the video below.
Check out G4 giving Community’s Danny Pudi the show reigns as he wades into the Comic-Con 2011 cosplay crowd and has a few run-ins with Klingons, Sand People, Spartacus, Batman, and more.
Nerd HQ strikes again! When Chuck’s Zachary Levi asked us all on Twitter a few weeks ago who we’d like to see at the Nerd-HQ, I quickly replied “Firefly!”. I figured since Zach was good friends with co-star Adam Baldwin..it could happen.. and wouldn’t you know it? It did!
Things are changing for the world’s biggest nerd-fest. For the first time ever people are camping out for next-year’s con DURING this year’s con… How meta is that? From reports we’ve been hearing Comic-Con fans have been lining up as early as 11pm just for the opportunity to get passes the following morning
So….Zachary Levi, Danny Pudi, Jorge Garcia, Olivia Munn, Alison Haislip, Alessandra Torresani, and Josh Gomez- The Friends of the Nerdolution Panel was one of the best convention-experiences I’ve ever had and I’m still sort of in awe that it occurred at all. You know when you have a really awesome dream and wake up the next morning thinking that it may have been a little bit real? That’s sort of how I feel this morning. The panel was an hour+ of hanging out with some of my favorite entertainers on the planet in a small room no bigger than a 7-11.
I had the pleasure of going to comic-con last year and in many ways it spawned the passion to start this project with Ash and Scott. While a lot of people view it as tons of bodies uncomfortably jammed into…
Here we go! Comic-Con 2011. It seems like just yesterday I was at the Convention Center wading through a sticky sea of nerdery. Wednesday travel news and Thursday panel information.
The former Chosen One, Sarah Michelle Gellar, makes her first trip back to Comic-Con since promoting The Grudge almost 10 years ago! Gellar jump-kicks her way back to Ballroom 20 in order plug her new show “The Ringer” which premieres this fall on The CW.
